Introductory Call

Sonja offers a complimentary 15-minute virtual conversation to explore how homeopathy might support your health and whether her approach is the right fit for you.

Please note that this call is not a consultation, but instead a chance to get to know Sonja, ask any questions you have, and find out  if working together feels like the next step for your healing.

Initial Consultation

Before your first appointment, you'll receive a detailed intake form to complete, along with everything you need to prepare for a meaningful conversation about your health. Your consultation will take place via Zoom, where Sonja will take the time to explore your individual needs in depth.

Following your appointment, you'll receive a personalized list of homeopathic remedies selected specifically for you, along with access to a trusted homeopathic pharmacy to purchase them at your convenience.

Follow Up Consultation

Healing is a process, and follow-up appointments are where much of the deeper work happens. Together you'll review how your body has been responding, track your progress, and make any adjustments to the remedy list as needed.
